1. Data we collect

We collect only what you give us: your email address (preorder/waitlist signup or enquiries, and your name if you choose to include it), plus standard technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse protection, and as-needed checkouts are handled by Stripe under their own PCI-compliant procedures.

2. How we use it

Your email is used to send you order, preorder, launch, and shipping updates and to respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data. We never share it with third parties for their marketing.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your credit-card number; card details are entered solely into Stripe's hosted, PCI-DSS-compliant flow.

4. Preorder storage

Preorders and order records are stored securely in our (Supabase) database, which is access-restricted. We retain records to serve you and to reconcile orders, then delete on request.

5. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) and browser tracking-preferences when possible.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time via the support page, and unsubscribe from emails with one click.
